- Ingredients:
2½ cups flour, 2 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp cinnamon, ¾ cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1 cup buttermilk, ¼ cup melted butter, 1 tsp vanilla
Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, 3-4 tbsp Simply Organic Maple, pinch of salt
- Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a donut pan.
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl, wet ingredients in another.
Combine gently; fill donut pan ¾ full. Bake 12-15 min.
Mix glaze until smooth. Dip cooled donuts in glaze and let set.
