Refund policy

Due to food safety regulations, all sales of maple syrup products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

 

Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging every order. However, carriers occasionally mishandle packages during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@simplyorganicmaple.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Photos of the damaged product(s)
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging materials
  • Your order number

The reason we request photos is not because we doubt our customers, but because they help us understand how the damage occurred so we can improve our packaging and prevent similar issues in the future.

We will replace the damaged product or issue an appropriate refund at our discretion.

Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

 

Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
