U.S. Reserve represents our highest standard of certified organic Pure Vermont Maple Syrup. The name reflects both its U.S. origin and the careful selection process behind every bottle. Each year, only a limited portion of our production is reserved for the U.S. market, making it a distinctive offering for customers seeking exceptional quality and authenticity. We created U.S. Reserve to stand for something more than syrup—it represents craftsmanship, and Maple With An IdentityTM.

We believe maple syrup should be more than just sweet—it should be Maple With An IdentityTM. Rather than blending syrup to achieve a uniform flavor, our certified organic Pure Vermont Maple Syrup reflects the unique character of each harvest. The result is a richer, more authentic maple flavor that highlights the natural differences created by the trees, the season, and the land itself.

Most maple syrup sold commercially is blended to deliver the same taste every time. Non-blended maple syrup preserves the distinct flavor of a particular harvest and sugarbush. We choose not to blend because we believe maple syrup should reflect its origin and season. The result is a more authentic maple experience — Maple With An IdentityTM.

Yes all products are USDA certified organic.

Organic certification for maple syrup covers the entire process, from forest management practices to the final bottling date. It also requires, among other standards, that the maple sap does not come into contact with any materials that are not approved for organic production.

Yes. All of our maple products are naturally gluten-free.

Yes. Pure maple syrup is 100% plant-based and vegan-friendly.

Kosher certification for our new facility is currently in process.

While pure maple syrup is inherently kosher by nature, certification provides independent verification that all processing aids used during production—including defoamers—meet kosher requirements. Historically, some maple syrup producers used animal-fat-based defoamers to control foaming during evaporation. Today, Simply Organic Maple utilizes kosher-compliant processing aids and follows production practices designed to meet kosher certification standards.

Certification documentation will be available upon completion of the approval process.

Unopened syrup can be stored in a cool, dark place. Once opened please refrigerate to maintain freshness and quality.

Unopened maple syrup typically lasts many years when stored properly. After opening, it’s best enjoyed within 2 years.

If you notice mold, cloudiness, an unusual smell, or fermentation, the syrup should be discarded.

Generally we only bottle Amber Rich.

We currently ship across the United States for our U.S. allocation of maple syrup. International destinations please contact us for availability in your area.

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method. Typically your order will arrive via USPS or UPS.

No we do not sell our products in any size larger than 1 Liter. Our syrup is always packaged in glass. Bottle integrity is easily compromised above 1 Liter when shipped via USPS or UPS.

Bulk packaging typically 2.5 gallon plastic container or 5 gallon bucket is typically reserved for lower grade syrup not produced at our facility.

Due to food safety regulations, all sales of maple syrup products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We take great care in packaging every order. However, carriers occasionally mishandle packages during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@simplyorganicmaple.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Photos of the damaged product(s)
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging materials
• Your order number

The reason we request photos is not because we doubt our customers, but because they help us understand how the damage occurred so we can improve our packaging and prevent similar issues in the future.

We will replace the damaged product or issue an appropriate refund at our discretion.

Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Absolutely. Maple syrup works well in baking, marinades, dressings, sauces, and beverages.

As a general rule, use ¾ cup maple syrup for every 1 cup of white sugar and slightly reduce other liquids in the recipe.
