Thank you for bringing the delivery issue to our attention. I’m very sorry your original order did not arrive as expected.
After learning about the problem, we investigated the shipment and arranged a replacement, which has now been delivered.
We also discovered what happened to the original shipping label during our move to a new building — quite an unusual story, which I’m glad we were able to share with you personally!
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re pleased we could make things right. Thank you for giving our Vermont maple business the opportunity to resolve this.

Good flavor but just as runny as the rest. Maple syrup use to be thicker, not as thick as honey but not runny either. So disappointing
Scott, thank you for the feedback, and we’re glad you enjoyed the flavor. 🍁 Pure maple syrup is naturally much thinner than honey. We carefully measure the density of every batch during production and finish our syrup to the proper density for pure Vermont maple syrup rather than cooking it further simply to make it appear thicker. Temperature also affects viscosity, so maple syrup will become noticeably thicker when refrigerated. We appreciate you giving ours a try and sharing your experience.

Received the order on a Friday. Saturday morning it was going on pancakes! Best tasting maple syrup I've had in a long while! I'm old enough to remember 'Grade B' syrup and I have always liked that deeper flavor. For whatever reason, 'Grade B' has disappeared. Your syrup has some of that deeper flavor that I so enjoy. Rest assured it will not be solely used on pancakes and, or, waffles. It will be used in all kinds of recipes in the kitchen. Thank you for the quick shipping. Most of all, thank you for the really good maple syrup!

Hi- I need help to unscrew the cap, but otherwise a very happy camper! The packaging was fantastic even though the box slipped from my hands...Just got a bucket of oatmeal to try in the morning & will try some savory seasoning with dinner...do you smell bacon???
Gail, one quick tip on the cap — occasionally a little maple syrup can get around the threads and make the cap stubborn once it dries. Try running some warm tap water over the cap for 20–30 seconds, dry it well, and then give it another try. 🍁 And yes, we definitely smell bacon! 😂🥓 We’re so glad you’re enjoying it, and especially glad the packaging survived the unexpected drop!
