Good flavor but just as runny as the rest. Maple syrup use to be thicker, not as thick as honey but not runny either. So disappointing
Scott, thank you for the feedback, and we’re glad you enjoyed the flavor. 🍁 Pure maple syrup is naturally much thinner than honey. We carefully measure the density of every batch during production and finish our syrup to the proper density for pure Vermont maple syrup rather than cooking it further simply to make it appear thicker. Temperature also affects viscosity, so maple syrup will become noticeably thicker when refrigerated. We appreciate you giving ours a try and sharing your experience.
This is undeniably the best syrup I have eaten in my entire lifetime! The sweetness of the true maple mixed with the taste of real butter on pancakes is a pleasant start to any day. I will definitely be purchasing more of it.

Received the order on a Friday. Saturday morning it was going on pancakes! Best tasting maple syrup I've had in a long while! I'm old enough to remember 'Grade B' syrup and I have always liked that deeper flavor. For whatever reason, 'Grade B' has disappeared. Your syrup has some of that deeper flavor that I so enjoy. Rest assured it will not be solely used on pancakes and, or, waffles. It will be used in all kinds of recipes in the kitchen. Thank you for the quick shipping. Most of all, thank you for the really good maple syrup!

Hi- I need help to unscrew the cap, but otherwise a very happy camper! The packaging was fantastic even though the box slipped from my hands...Just got a bucket of oatmeal to try in the morning & will try some savory seasoning with dinner...do you smell bacon???
Gail, one quick tip on the cap — occasionally a little maple syrup can get around the threads and make the cap stubborn once it dries. Try running some warm tap water over the cap for 20–30 seconds, dry it well, and then give it another try. 🍁 And yes, we definitely smell bacon! 😂🥓 We’re so glad you’re enjoying it, and especially glad the packaging survived the unexpected drop!

On my third order of maple syrup. Ordered it two liters at a time. So when I start the second bottle I can order a new pair of liter jugs. The grandkids love my homemade pancakes. I seperate the whites from the eggs use the some of the maple syrup and make a meringue from it. Mixing it together with rest of recipe creates a thick fluffy pancake. Doesn’t need much more syrup topping. It wonderful stuff. I hate to see them run out at the end of the season. The modified recipe won’t be the same.
