Our mission is to position Vermont as the world’s premier source of maple syrup. We’re offering local maple producers a profitable way to ensure their product stays purely Vermont from tap to table.

Why our mission matters

When you taste great maple syrup, it’s usually because Vermont syrup was used to enhance its flavor. More than 85% of Vermont’s maple crop is sold to bulk buyers, who blend Pure Vermont maple syrup into their own products—a detail rarely disclosed on labels.

We have one ingredient: 100% pure Vermont Maple Syrup 

We bottle only syrup from trees in Vermont. So you always get 100% pure, 100% organic, full-flavor Pure Vermont Maple Syrup. 

To do this, we’ve built the world’s first zero-carbon, maple-processing facility. It’s deep in our Maple forests in upstate Vermont. It’s designed so we can bottle syrup from our own sugarbush – that’s what we call Maple tree farms here in Vermont. It’s also large enough for us to process other Vermont producers’ syrup, bottled under the Simply Organic Maple™ label.

Even with our new facility, Vermont only has the capacity to bottle a small percentage of the state’s maple syrup production.  We’re working to change that.

We allocate most of our Pure Vermont maple syrup to international markets. Our U.S. release is intentionally limited and access-controlled.
